I believe there was decent reasons for that.
Did SBM not participate? They had enough to battle on with & their priorities at that time.
Gina had been, was/ &still? prepared to fund all development drilling. She is very much into adding to ownership into excellent resources assets lately.
Kirkland Lake were eager to fill any void.
