Here is a great video by a scientist (apologies if it has already been posted) - it should worry the downrampers and shorters.

I am new to lithium (wish I discovered it earlier). Also the video also explains why spod is preferred over brine - even moon rocket man should find it useful.

One thing the video only references in passing is that the overall number of cars in the world is increasing. As the citizens of China, India, Indonesia become more wealthy the number of cars per family will increase. Most first world countries have over 750 cars per 1000 people. There are 2.5 billion people there and over the next 10 years they will have far more cars, and of course EVs as well).

The future looks really good for us. Why worry. Hang in there.
