You don't need to be a dreamer to consider the possibility.... If u are the CEO of MSB and u have two alternatives:
1- lodge even NOT sure that u have the best of the best of the best chances to be approved 2- wait until "all" (possible) doubt is removed
Should be an absolutely stupid guy at that stage after 10-14 years run a risk to choose alternative a) mainly considering that miss such momentum (in the area more likely to achieve in short term the FIRST GOAL) after so much suffering and so much challenges.

He contacted and called many many peers to raise so much money during past decade. That guys are not "friends" they are people that like to see results and at that stage 100% of them are deeply on red.

How long does it take to somebody lodge a court action against FDA if they do not prove by themselves they are acting in independent and fair manner ? FDA also has a name to protect, an image in the industry and they are target of too many gossips from most of Pharma members.
I made a pretty long search about the "Novartis" case involving their "search" .
Honestly ? MSB was a serious victim of stealing time and data. And they had reasons for that. No, im not in field to damage Novartis image of spread rumors or engage in crazy conspiratory theories. But we all know... Pharma industry is a snake nest and nobody is angel in this field. (This includes SI or any other player)
The time is now Sore .... (not in 15 days) and no other alternative to FDA to approve or justify what exactly this 9 guys are so illiterate or how leave so many patients dying while they request more "guarantees" of safety/efficacy batches.
Doesn't exist 100% certainty. But the odds are pro-MSB.
