If you have 100,000+ shares want to move, you can either do it in one day with a unfavorable price, or siting there for a week to get it cleared.
In the past yes, but over the past week that's not been the case has it?
Multiple times this week a 100k+ parcel has appeared for sale, been gobbled up from off screen shortly after, then a tiny parcel instantly sold down.
Its illiquidity makes it easier keep the price down in this fashion. Isn't this common practice for a broker instructed to accumulate a large position in an illiquid stock?
No manipulation whatsoever!
Possibly not... it could be a coincidence, or it could be an algo' triggered on volume (poorly setup + stupid broker if that's the case).
I'm still gonna lean towards manipulation though...
Either way, it shouldn't matter in the long run huh?
