Think about it AXA could easily have loss making DOC,
But chooses to let Aussies put up the $28million for shares instead,
As it saves them exactly that much....
DOC lost over 11Million in 9 months,
which is about $14,889,333 a Year.
So this money will be spent,
Then more funding with no way to pay,
Until it either de lists or goes into administration....
