see i look at it as spruiking, even if some figures are abit off he or she isn't really telling everyone to buy. just merely stating how
low the SP is at the moment. I'd say pumping would be something like ' hey everyone i bought x amount you should all do the same and we'll all get rich together, i promise' ...
