Google the above and you may find a few clues to investors being a bit wary of Kazak investments .
Recent tax changes have created some doubt about the the K government's future plans .
Just as you can find dozens of reports to suggest the price of oil will be 100 dollars this year and dozens more to suggest it will be 50 dollars . There is conflicting arguments as to whether the Government will change/increase their tax on production of oil .
I have no opinion on the matter as it is way out of my league but the point is that many investors have conflicting opinions on any and all matters . Smart money is only smart in retrospect .
Just because someone is selling for X reason it does not preclude that someone else is buying for what is ostensibly the exact same reason . The difference being their interpretation of the facts .
