The Company also advises that the subscription agreement with Midwest (Midwest Subscription
Agreement), pursuant to which Midwest has agreed to subscribe for 7,692,307,693 Shares at an
issue price of $0.013 per Share to raise $100,000,000 (Midwest Placement), has been extended. The
revised end date for completion of the conditions precedent under the Midwest Subscription
Agreement has been extended to 31 December 2021. As previously announced, the Midwest
Placement is conditional on Midwest having secured sufficient funds to complete the purchase of
the Midwest Placement shares.

Tolate - man you are one seriously ungrateful shareholder. Right here right now ANS has one asset - Ding. Nothing else. The shares you own were worthless toilet paper when Ding began his 4 year journey to try to rescue value for shareholders. He didn’t get you to fund it he just tries to inject value for you for free where there was none. Anything you get in time is a bonus - so stop whingeinv and carrying on and be bloody grateful that some people are working to give you something for nothing!
