the annual report says they held 5.15% of 161,756,737 shares
now they hold 8,333,333 or 4.8% of 172,460,258 shares
plus an additional 12,121,212 shares will be issued soon
their shareholding is less than 5% of the company therefore they were required to lodge a ceasing to be a substantial shareholder notice
