I am afraid that you are correct in your assessment regarding Ross.

It is a pity that we will never be rid of Ross who in my opinion is the real reason that ICG has been such a poor performer in the market for well over a decade.

Vengeful my arse, he is just a lifestyle director and will never put his heart into any job with ICG.

That is my opinion and unless Ross shows something to the contrary, then I will back my judgement on this.

I have been lately concerned that Adam's judgement regarding ICG, and especially it's staff, may have been swayed by a couple of sweet talkers desperate to stay on the gravy train.
