    Yes unfortunately most of their outcrops lies right on the edge of the pristine water bodies - some of which are even surrounded on all 4 sides by water.

    Underground mining is one thing but underground mining under water bodies that's something else again.

    They can try to contain waste from contaminating the water bodies by just mining the outcrops and the portion of deposit on land maybe
