I've lost track of all the types of securities getting issued to 'the associates'.
I don't even know what these ones are any more. Maybe the share price performance ones? But why issue them now? They are so far from vesting and the chances of them vesting given the status quo are close to zero imo.
But I guess doing all this doco and having all the meetings on these rights and drawing up the documents, submitting etc all makes up for a good wage so it's a win for somebody. What's the hourly rate of this lot to look after themselves?
