one single placement to raise funds is a great move by management regardless of minor shareholder dilution. The alternative to offer a placement to existing holders must meet the retail investor requirements thereby creating significant costs (producing documents, accepting cheques/payments, reconciling etc) not to mention the timeline. I will be voting for this and get the company moving forward and create shareholder value.
