I think these are new. The 15m for MC have already been issued. the ones for the other two got pulled from the AGM, so these must be brand new. Cannot figure it out and honestly this company is not worth the time. Maybe I will email a query. That way someone can bill another hour.
I am guessing these might be granted by the board to themselves under either of section 8 or 9 of the AGM... either open slather on incentive options or maybe termination benefits getting lined up early? lol.
Got no idea. And there I was thinking I still had 10 months before the next rights issue. Was it a mere 10 hours?
