maybe , maybe not (re China)...don't forget that the powder is done in UK - they stressed few times in previous years that quality of the powder is most important and they want to keep it in UK....and we have 2 factories for cells already VIC/Germany...they may not go to China for any production of anything themselfs - not in the near future anyway....just in my opinion
