This company needs a new experienced leader.

JP is not cut out for the job. We need to hire an experienced CEO who’s been and done it all before. JP was an Uber driver not so long ago for Gods sake. His passion will only get us so far. Right now i think it is holding us back.

There has been one to many bad announcements, comments and decisions made thus far. Looking back now one comment made by JP that flew under the radar was along the lines of I do not want to put out any announcements in order to get a quick 30% share price boost in the short term. What a ridiculous statement. That 30% boost at the time is now probably 75% of our MC. With all these shares being handed to the board and now Lithium Australia it also could have meant less shares if the price had of stayed higher.

Anyway, management have let this decline happen and if JP wants to be the MD then as the leader it is his fault and he has let it happen.

Either stand up or step aside. Personally I think the lather is the better option and would inspire a bit of confidence for Galan to be taken more seriously.

Alternatively, many SH suspicions are correct and Galan is being set up for a sale.
