i understand that, however there are more companies out there than ncm, the process ahs started, and a benchmark price has been established. if gold goes higher it just builds the case.
As another poster said, ncm could be buying up. How many are they allowed to buy on market? is there any restrictions, if they get more than 19.9% they have made a formal offer, so can they just keep buying as many as will be sold to them???
