Your information may be correct but just check that the maximum number still applies once the step up date has passed, which it now has. My understanding is that once the step up date has passed then the GNSPA become perpeetual at the new stepped up rate but I am unsure and would need to double check the prospectus whether the maximum number still applies. I remember Wayne Chapman the secretary of Gunns calling me about 2 years ago when I asked this question to him and from meemory it doesnt apply once the stepup goes through.....but once that happens only the company can force conversion (hence perpetual)..

but happy to be proved wrong.....can you or someone else double check this and I will check it as well when I get back to home base.
