You clown and @kevin103. These guys, and some of the other down-rampers, are invested in other Quebec projects, as most would already know. They will constantly loiter in the threads of other stocks that they want (or want more of). And why would they not have invested here now that the Goldman Sachs discount is available? You would have to have rocks in your head to miss out. I also hold nearby explorers such as WR1 but those boys still have a way to go before they are even close to being the monster that Corvette will be.
Drilling will take place through the ice when the lake is iced up. PMT need no special permits for that. These alluvial bodies are 7m deep at absolute maximum, with most between 2-5m. If the assays return positive, as you would think they will from the lake-bed between CV1 and CV5 (from the visible outcroppings north and south) then they will get a permit to drain them and put in an open pit. Because Quebec is completely dotted with lakes, very little mining would ever be possible without such an option.
And,@Kaeho, it is such a ridiculously cheap option for an open pit to use a shallow waterbody. Just think about it for a second. A shallow body of water and all that needs to occur is isolating, pumping, clearing of lake-bed mud and then allow any remaining mud to firm up in the Canadian Spring (I am second-guessing the details of the first and last step a little although I know that the mining act specifically allows that "the Government may authorize the holder of mining rights in any land under a lake or watercourse to drain the water and remove the mud covering such land"). Presto, you have the perfect site for an open pit.
Also @Ninja Tuna, I assume that you are a battery minerals investor and that you know the reason why entire countries are banning the internal combustion engine. Battery electric vehicles are currently seen as the best mechanism for countries to fulfil their carbon emission obligations. Do you not think that the regulators who issue the permits know this? Do you not know that both Quebec and Ontario have specific legislation trying to attract as many essential mineral miners as possible? I think that you do.
