Wow, great response already for a Melbourne HC meet! I count about 2 dozen responses so far between posts and emails. It really looks as if there is a lot of interest in this type of event (hopefully a Sydney, Adelaide and Perth can get off the ground at some point).

Most respondents so far have indicated both weekends are OK. A few cant do one or the other, so its going to be tough to have to make a decision and advise people on that, but in the interests of transparency/fairness the decision will be based purely on numbers.

Robx7, a football match will definitely be on the weekend agenda - perhaps the Saturday night. TRAGICALLY (for me) Collingwood is playing Sydney in Sydney that night!!!!!!!!!! As for Yumcha, also a must, but I think we'll have to ask Selmax to organise that one.

By the way, I'm looking for a couple of volunteers to assist in reviewing issues and making decisions on various aspects of the arrangements (dont worry I'm happy to most of the running around) - drop me a line if you're want to do that - [email protected]

    Cheers, Sharks.

PS: Havent posted much this weekend - working on the house - but the weekend charting this weekend from what I've read so far is probably one of the best weekends yet. I've spent an hour just reading Friday's charts, havent caught up o yesterday's yet! Great to see a larger number of posters putting up charts alongside some of the workhorses and also more discussion of varying opinions on some of the stocks.

PPS: Totters, ERA looks like it is forming a higher swing bottom so might actually be a good entry point where we are right now?

PPPS: Haspete, its a bit rough but JPR looks to me like it has formed a rounding bottom through 2009 and
