I’m a high school drop out. This is way above my pay grade.
My only comment being. Like in most business transactions/agreements/contracts there are negotiations and sometimes you need to hurt a little for long term gain. I’m sure BET didn’t want to give away the house but that’s the decision the board made so we live with it.
This is how I see the deal. Like buying good real estate. It only hurts once.
