It's not only that PEK is clueless, but they have also reached a point where it's become embarrassing.
The ultimate underlining factor here is that they are a puppet on a string. The formidable GOT chokehold.
The punishment to this effect is passed down to the shareholders with inevitable further dilution. SAD
