All good, just one thing to add.
Seems a lot of people looking at the high capex number and scared because it's a 'big number'.
These people are not the intended investor audience, luckily.
The investment stacks up, it is attractive, particularly in syndicated form. I'm not going to give people a lesson in corporate finance on HC, take too long.
People will wake up, or not, and yes there are still risks. The SP currently reflects retail attitudes, to be expected. DYOR
