    When you got a 50 cent target in 2.5 months with news flow in between the people buying now don’t care. It’s all now being priced in and fair value is 15-20 cents. This will run aggressively either way so why should I fill a traders parcel 5 percent down. I’ll be waiting anyway got one more parcel to pick up
