The title of MAY announcement last week tells you fundamentals have changed :
They already found oil now they are appraising the 126 million barrels they were supposed to do 12 months ago before the delay. All the way back to 15-20 cents for fair value with an upside of north of 50 cents. Share price should be beyond 10 cent and heading towards that range but will happen in coming days ahead.
