The actions taken are as simple as a meeting and some paperwork filling.
However what you have here is far more sinister, these actions prevent investors being able to take the board to court in a class action.
The board continues progressing zelira inline with its strategy proposed to investors.
All be it a facade - criminals in suits - our system is corrupt.
