This announcement would appear consistent with Core having 6 main projects and this is an announcement related to the 4th of these projects:

• Get Grants operational
• Explore the potential of Hydroxide
• Get BP33 operational
• Confirm and develop a non-BP33 ore source for Grants DMS
• Wider exploration for Lithium
• Gold and other minerals

Each of these different projects will have a team behind them and may periodically have announcements, although the quarterlies will be the main announcement channel. The reason this announcement doesn't cover other stuff like Grants operational updates / BP33 is because it's a different project stream.

What is important about this announcement is not the grade/lengths (they aren't great) but the almost confirmation of strategy that a new, non BP33 supply source is being investigated for the Grants DMS plant once Grants is mined out around 2025. Core has a tight but achievable timeline of bringing a resource like Far West, Hang Gong or Carlton into production for later 2025. Fairly soon a decision on which one will be brought forward is required. One of the next steps is Core deciding which one and commencing infill drilling for that resource so that a larger amount of the ore body falls into Measured/Indicated and allow refinement/confirmation of the mining plan. Core may hedge its bets for a while and do infill on the top two candidates.

The complexity comments around Bilatos mean that this is unlikely to be feed source #2 for the Grants DMS plant but is under consideration as feedsource #3.
