Imagine having your gains runners capped at 50%, you know, for the greater good.
they say: but who needs more than 50% on a winner?
you say: yeah but what about all the losers I have too. The 10 baggers pay for that.
they say: you're a greedy profiteer. its the people's ASX. the gains are ours too
fyi, they also retain the right to interfere in the price setting for all future contracts. These things start as temporary ("its just a small step public"). And then they grow.
Investment will disappear. I would be very surprised if it didnt just put on ice any deals EMP had lined up.
