For such a small company the remuneration and free shares of the executive appears very high almost to the point of being misaligned to shareholders.
If the company was going through extraordinary growth and the share price had rocketed because of the management's performance different issue.
The annual report shows remuneration of the CEO totaling $1.5m for 2022 and the CFO $838,000
