I am a big picture kind of guy - basically because I lack the perseverance to be a detail person. When everyone is running scared (as seems to be the case to greater or lesser extent at the moment depending on which way the wind is blowing) I ask myself the question what would I rather hold than one of the cheapest miners on the ASX with a minimum 10M additional ounces out in the garage or some puffed-up developer in the middle of nowhere who is five years, a trillion percent inflation and major shortages of everything from people to diesel away from turning a buck. Yep we is going down, but there is going to be a floor somewhere and that's not necessarily the case with others. Besides when confidence returns it will be just as dramatic as when it wanes.
