A lot of us have been saying for a long time that if a low ball offer came along we would voice our displeasure. I guess the war cries should start with the BOD and then from us (if needed). I'm guessing anything under 10c for a lot of us is not even worth entertaining. I know i haven't held for 12 years for a cheap easy buyout.
