This is how i also interpreted the announcement. But with a hint of "hey the plant is working and we expect we will need more feedstock than we currently have". Its a kick in the guts with the dubbo comment followed by a pat on the back and a "hang in there champ" with the KMP announcement. Still a beliver that this will com through long term just a bit annoying. GLTAH
