Hi everyone. I have no knowledge of Nick Bolton except a faint recall where he was thought to been a saviour then it all went sour at the last minute. It would be a pity if this should happen with URF.
In my opinion Unit holders have been without any dividends for a long time, the URFPA bought them with the knowledge of a future conversion, have enjoyed the interest to which they are entitled to receive and now want to change the terms of their agreement to suit themselves also.
They couldn`t care less about the rest of us, so if there is a vote I think it is in the majority of our best interests to stay with the existing R/E and vote no to any points raised at this hastily called meeting which represents what percentage of unit holders?
