Agree, Dubbo will be built to supply KSM, then other metal plants. Then other external customers.
The good thing (for now) the financial returns detailed for KSM assumes feedstock costs being from non-Dubbo suppliers, therefore the economics dor the metal plant improves once Dubbo is up and running.
