All good questions. Someone who invested in TOT 3-4 years ago has been through a number of iterations of 'strategy'. Back then it was a CRE debt investor, returns were good, the loans performed.... seems a long time ago though now!
I think 360's key focus is their new funds (I forget the name) SREP or something, but this will be funded by TGP (the FM entity) not TOT was my understanding.
