yep I agree. Huge pressure now on bulk to perform. Probably enables them to keep their financing costs a bit lower due to the coal/bulk mix and consequent ratings effect.
on the flip side, the deal enabled andrew Harding and I to buy some shares at a really good price!
hopefully they can delever quickly and get the buyback going again.
