That Management team does look impressive on paper!! If they perform to even 50% of that capability it should fly.
I don't think the price of Mg is such a strong underlying determinant for success - because demand will be very much driven by paranoia to seek non-China suppliers. There is a real fear brewing in the USA about China and its developing economic prowess with control of critical materials. It's good for us if good ol' Uncle Sam stays a bit scared!!
