we only have to blame the takeover action if that is the case. The capital raising would have been completed months ago and they would have been well funded.
now its unlikely any retail shareholders will take part in the offer and if AU mining does take part they will be rewarded by significantly increasing their ownership.
As i keep saying Mark Caruso's action is playing against the smaller shareholders and is damaging all of our investment, yet you cheer him on. What type of shareholder wants the company to go insolvent?
the only ones I can think of is Mark Caruso and his mates. i guess that is where we will find you.
