I suggest the ownership dispute is the reason but again this is not a reason to be in suspension and is not the stated reason so we need to take the official reasoning provided by the board as this is why is has been granted.

Their protecting the share price for share holders their main asset is at risk of being diluted by cunning moves however as far as AVZ is concerned everything they’ve done has been aboveboard and legal and the ASX has probably seen proof of this.
