What a joke? So the time this guy sold down his holding (and chose not to follow obligations and disclose it in a timely manner), he was actively as publicly announced, trying to sell the company with various parties in the data room. To summarize - Donald Duck needs money - we can only speculate why - but he’s abusing his position to obtain it - he is acting for himself, and not in the interest of shareholders. This guy needs to be held accountable.
