    . Oxford dictionary's explanation of a shell company is exactly what Mogul MGG has become . An inactive company used as a vehicle for various financial manoeuvres or kept dormant for further use in some other capacity.

    Spot on just a shell company , no doubt that crooked car salesman has another venture he can use this for to rip off new unsuspecting shareholders
