Beenybc were u aware how hard the penninsula got wacked in the early and mid 1990's ?
I believe blocks at safety beach golf club originally sold for over 100k maybe 150 but in the depths of recession were sold at early 40k's . Now selling at 280k plus.
The internet era may fix some of the lack of work issues on the coast as will tourism if we do GFC numero 2 but it won't sustain it permanently .
