It's not unusual. I have received calls from other companies when a rights issue has been struggling.
Did they at least try to give you some reasons to support the raise? I'm undecided whether I'll put any more money into this company.
They were very lucky to run the share price up to be able to raise at 16c last year. Nearly all the institutions that took part in the raise last year are no longer holding.
No doubt, tech stocks have been beaten up but in Identitii's case, it's the progress that has been disappointing. Lucky with the raise last year but up to this point they have wasted the opportunity.
It's a tough one. This company has massive potential but up until now it has been nothing but hype. I feel the next 6-12 months is massive for this company. Show some progress or become redundant.
