Paris may offer a beacon of hope indeed. Hoping that all the relevant evidence required by all parties is fair and real. The DRC Govt admin side would have a lot to do with the outcome of the case. Hopefully no important paperwork goes missing because that is the real scary part. Not only is China far more active in the region and knows how to grease palms properly. The DRC govt are also involved here which I believe skews the power away from AVZ.
As I said, I really do hope AVZ win the case. I am not jealous of others gains. I would love for Aussies to make many bags on this. It is just the involvement of China and the DRC govt has me very skeptical on a positive outcome.
