Share price falling as oil sneaks closer to US $58 contingent price?

Any thoughts as to share price falling?

The Woodside contingent payment is based on a US$58 threshold I believe.

Seemed a no brainer to receive the extra WPL money 6 months ago, but oil now in the US $70s.

Hence not as certain to receive the contingent and market gives it a lower valuation?
