I was at Blair Athol 2 weeks ago old mate. I travel to a lot of mines in Qld and know the Clermont area very well. You mustn't understand that around the mine is significant agricultural land and there is no reason that cropping cant be undertaken on rehabilitated mine land. It has been done at many other mines across Australia for more that 30 years.
It seems one of us knows the facts and the other guesses.
