    That's a classic !
Related to what @FrankAZ found on Mars Mining and followed up with some great further research by @Christopher67 and @jcurve on the ghost of Volcan resurfacing in the US -

so @Neil1959 "would be happy to see them back in an area that they know "?
Avoiding trying to put words in your mouth mate, but that's pretty much saying they're currently (and have been for 4yrs now) in an area that they still don't know ....

Besides, what they're doing in California and Brazil only has the effect of CGB's MD having come to light in gleaning a full salary/remuneration from Australian shareholder funds - shamelessly and deviously without declaring his change of status even though the AGM was only recently.
Nothing illegal about that but at least someone could have been recruited to make up for his shortcomings - and forgo $166k to pay them.
All this whilst revenue here is going down the plughole.

I'd love to see an explanation for that little 'gem' (area that they know), especially what their experience with Lithium exploration is ?

There are plenty things they do know alright and the main skill they've got is presenting reasons to invest to prospective funders.

180Markets helped them out a while ago in diluting existing shareholders by an extra 600M shares on the 'cheap' when there was already well over $8m in the bank (prob closer to $10m) - so, as they didn't need the cash, why would they create that dilution ?
It didn't hurt in getting a vote over the line when it came to a certain person's mum getting a retirement gift of shares to the value of $312,000....
That voting was also put in as an Ordinary Resolution which required 50% to pass, whereas if it had been in as an ExtraOrdinary Resolution, it would have needed 75%. It passed on 59% !

There's always something with this lot eh..
