    Hi @jcurve,

Sorry I didn't reply earlier. I did give your post an upvote, at the time, and know exactly where you are coming from. Cheers for commenting, though.

I have put quite a few of these contrarians on Ignore, as advised by HotCopper a long time ago.

As I have read on many forums across HotCopper, there are often persistent posters that are just relentless with their R & R posts that continue to question companies without, from what I have read, a proper understanding of how Nanocaps operate at this end of the market. I have seen some of these guys even buy in with companies they seek to question. So as this is an anonymous trade forum, agendas do become evident after a while, including ignoring stormy sector trade winds and movements, which this company and the other 32 original companies have also been subject to.

"There's just so much to process here.I've never collected so many links and info relating to one (or more related) directors."

Totally understand. The mining sector is full of these entrepreneurial types, particularly at this end of town. The one good thing, if anything can be considered good atm with this company is that they have preserved funds; even though, I note, some posters think that is not a good thing either.

Pennies need to survive on the goodwill of their shareholders, and shareholders need to know how to trade shares with these guys, as Pennies dont make money until they can land the right deal and get it across the line. At least this specca hasn't asked for as much money in C.R.'s as many of these other guys in the Cannabis sector have, and they have shaved back expenditure. But, as we have seen, they have struggled terribly to get any runs on the board.

"I went against my better judgement on this one and have been open about my regret for doing so.It's a great lesson for me and I'm using it as an opportunity to make sure it never happens again."

That is well said, and I understand your sentiment! The more you trade and watch, the more you do learn. As I have said many times, Nanocaps are the Casinos of the stock market. The majority of the punters lose on them. If the casino is rigged to steal your money, then investigations can be put into place, but if a specca is doing what it is supposed to be doing, and there is no impropriety involved, then sometimes the waiting at the table, and holding your cards will see the odds eventually fall in your favour.

We will have to wait and see what happens with this stock. In quite a few of my letters to Sholom Feldman, I have told him that this industry will take 10 years to form up properly. CGB must build carefully, analyse, and then keep building. The constant chop and change in these market conditions has strained the trust of shareholders. I trust whatever this acquisition is that, they will eventually get these deals to turn revenues into profits and get this company across the line and the criticisms cease upon the delivery of good results, but... they have to be open with their shareholders.

    Cheers.
