...The chart below shows ARU share price over the last year, with red arrows showing that for approx 80% of the time it was below the 37c CR price. It's not like you didn't have the chance to buy them cheaper over the last 12 months...
If anything, the chart shows they are doing the CR at a good price based on 12 month historical pricing!
