Let me re phrase that "So have you (still do?)provided goods and services to Medcan for those shares?" ??
@Aussie Eagle yep the court will determine that, but that is the way it appears at the moment to me as a shareholder. We dont know all the details so the faster its resolved the better. I expect an appeal will happen so maybe it will be concluded within 6-12 months. Its a distraction neither party needs.
